1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baji666 platform and all services under it ("Services"). When you access this website, register, or use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use services on baji666, you must open a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• The name, mobile number and bank details provided during registration must be accurate.
• Opening more than one account using the same mobile number is prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, the management must be informed in advance.

2.2 Identity Verification

baji666 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If required, a copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on baji666 are for persons aged 21 or above only. No one below this age may open an account or use the services.

3.1 Age Verification

The date of birth provided at registration may be verified against information on a government-issued ID. If an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Applicability

This platform is designed with users in Bangladesh in mind. Online gaming may be entirely prohibited in some countries — the responsibility for accessing the service from such countries rests solely with the user.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone else.

5 Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on baji666.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. baji666 does not store any user payment information. If a suspicious transaction occurs, the management may suspend a withdrawal without verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

baji666 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and complying with them is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
• baji666 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If abuse of a bonus offer is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

6.3 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Example: If a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, casino games, live casino and other gaming activities on baji666.

7.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, baji666 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
• There may be a maximum bet limit on an event — this depends on the account history and type of service.

7.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports body (such as the BPL Board or ICC) will be considered final. Bets on incomplete or cancelled matches will be settled according to the relevant rules.

7.3 Live Betting

During live in-play betting, a bet may not be accepted if the internet is disconnected or the page is refreshed. In such situations, baji666's server log will be considered the final evidence.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji666 platform and will result in permanent account closure.

1. Creating or operating more than one account.
2. Using false information to obtain bonus benefits.
3. Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots or automated tools.
4. Colluding with other users to fix game outcomes (match fixing).
5. Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
6. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a professional betting syndicate.

9 VIP Program

baji666's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

9.1 Tier Benefits

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

9.2 Tier Changes

Users are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular gaming activity and betting volume. baji666 management may periodically change the criteria for tier determination.

9.3 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. Cashback is credited directly to the account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Use of Information

Information provided during registration and identity verification is used solely for delivering services, preventing fraud and ensuring security. Data is not sold to third parties.

13 Terms Amendment

14 Account Closure

14.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed; the closure will only take effect after all pending bets have been settled.

14.2 At the Authority's Initiative

baji666 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Registration under a false identity.
• If the account holder is found to be under the minimum age.
• Account inactive for an extended period (after applicable notice).

If a valid balance exists and is not linked to fraud, it will be returned.

15 Dispute Resolution

15.1 Filing a Complaint

If you have an objection regarding a transaction or the outcome of a bet, it must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
